Charlie is the kind of person who lights up a room when he enters it because everyone is happy that he has arrived. He has an energy that is magnetic, glowing, and energizes others. He is both a leader and a follower which is a rare commodity. I’m able to ask him to do things and they get done out of an understanding that I am in need of his help and in charge at the moment. I have seen him plan parties and large group activities with 20+ peers and take the leading role with ease multiple times. He is able to listen to others, and to incorporate their ideas into larger plans. He is so intelligent, enterprising, creative, passionate and committed to completing all of his obligations. A job well done is its own reward for Charlie.
Charlie has all of the necessary skills inside of himself to be wildly successful as well as an amazing work ethic and an international understanding of how the world, linguistic inclusion and exclusion, and other cultural nuances that are rare in an American, intricately mesh together and work. How interesting that would be when used in game design. Charlie has earned these attributes through years of fostering his own talents and interests in his free time, music and art and composition, exceptionalism throughout his education, beginning in preschool in France, elementary school in Belgium, high school in Switzerland, and university in Utah, and a never wavering dedication to being true to himself. He will go far in his career. At age 20, he is already exceptional.
